The Inn was the first establishment to brew beer commercially in Napa County since the days of prohibition. It brews four principle beers: Calistoga Wheat Ale, Pilsner, Red Ale & Porter. In addition, other seasonal beers are brewed throughout the year, such as the German Kölsch, Blitzen I.P.A., Belgian Pale Ale & Dugan Oatmeal Stout. 100% percent of the brewery's production is served at the Calistoga Inn. We also sell 22 ounce bottles, which are all hand filled. We have a 7-barrel gas fired brewhouse that was originally designed by Dr. Michael Lewis of UC Davis. Our current total annual production is about 450 barrels. After long hours of wine tasting, there's nothing like a cold beer on the patio of the Calistoga Inn. Over the years we have won numerous awards for our beer, including both bronze and gold finishes at the Great American Beer Fest in Denver, Colorado, and blue ribbons at the California State Fair. ## What they brew - IPA — 22% of the beers we track - Pale Lager — 16% of the beers we track - Amber Ale — 16% of the beers we track - Stout / Porter — 15% of the beers we track - Wheat Beer — 13% of the beers we track - Other — 10% of the beers we track - Pale Ale — 8% of the beers we track ## Find them - Address: 1250 Lincoln Avenue, Calistoga, California, United States - Coordinates: 38.57706659999999, -122.5793828 - Website: http://napabeer.com/brewery.html ## Breweries nearby - [Erosion](https://finding.beer/brewery/erosion-28256.md) — 3.95, Fine — St. Helena, California — 7.8 mi away - [Mad Fritz](https://finding.beer/brewery/mad-fritz-67.md) — 4.17, Great — St. Helena, California — 8.5 mi away - [Palooza Brewery & Gastropub](https://finding.beer/brewery/palooza-brewery-gastropub-24087.md) — 3.80, Fine — Kenwood, California — 11 mi away - [Cooperage Brewing Company](https://finding.beer/brewery/cooperage-brewing-company-5181.md) — 4.15, Great — Santa Rosa, California — 11 mi away - [Iron Ox Brewing Company](https://finding.beer/brewery/iron-ox-brewing-company-21875.md) — 3.87, Fine — Santa Rosa, California — 11 mi away - [Moonlight Brewing Company](https://finding.beer/brewery/moonlight-brewing-company-2305.md) — 4.20, Great — Santa Rosa, California — 12 mi away - [Russian River Brewing Company](https://finding.beer/brewery/russian-river-brewing-company-3665.md) — 4.63, Exceptional — Santa Rosa, California — 12 mi away - [Fogbelt Brewing Company](https://finding.beer/brewery/fogbelt-brewing-company-1732.md) — 3.79, Fine — Santa Rosa, California — 12 mi away ## Rankings this brewery appears in - [Best breweries in Santa Rosa, California](https://finding.beer/breweries/united-states/california/santa-rosa.md) - [Best breweries in California](https://finding.beer/breweries/united-states/california.md) - [Best breweries in United States](https://finding.beer/breweries/united-states.md) --- Finding Beer scores breweries on the beer they brew rather than on the venue.
