La Nano Brasserie SPO, lancée en 2021 dans sa grange, par Sébastien Poggio (d'où vient le nom : "S" de Seb et "PO" de Poggio... mais ca marche aussi pour "SPOntané" ^^), se situe dans la vallée de Munster, à l’Est de la France. Elle met en avant le terroir Alsacien, avec des bières sauvages issues d'ingrédients locaux et affinées en barriques de vins ou de spiritueux de la région. Grand amateur de bières désaltérantes, Sébastien nous propose des bières de fermentations mixtes, sauvages ou naturelles ; aux notes sèches, rustiques, funky et à l’équilibre impeccable. Il n’en est pas à son premier coup d’essai, puisqu’avant que SPO ne voit le jour, il avait déjà brassé pendant 10 ans en amateur...
