THE JOURNEY TOWARDS A SUSTAINABLE BREWERY ?︎
For many years, we have had a great focus on sustainability in our brewery, and in September 2022 we took a new and major step in ensuring that this will continue to be an invariable focus in our future work.

Our board adopted a significant change to the brewery's purpose and bylaws to ensure that we consider our social and environmental impacts across all decisions made within the organization. We want to create a brewery where the focus is creating a positive change for our environment and society.

The company's purpose is to operate within the brewing industry, including managing trade and service as well as related activities. The company's purpose is, among other things, in its business and operations to have a significant positive impact on society and the environment as a whole.

THAT'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH A VISIT...
Nørrebro bryghus is a combined microbrewery, bar and restaurant, housed in a disused metal goods factory in the heart of Nørrebro.
The inspiration for our restaurant is the American brewpubs, where food and beer are enjoyed in an informal atmosphere amidst brew kettles and tanks. But here in a Scandinavian interpretation that combines the rustic with the minimalist.
