Abbiamo scelto di legare il nostro prodotto al meraviglioso territorio che ci circonda in nome della qualità e della sostenibilità ambientale.

La piccola produzione ci permette di poter curare maniacalmente anche i più piccoli dettagli perché sono proprio con quelli che riusciamo a fare la differenza.

La passione e l'esperienza ci hanno permesso di fare grandi birre, l'ambizione ci porterà a creare le migliori.

✌️ MICRO-birrificio significa MASSIMO della qualità: produciamo poco più di 200 litri di birra alla volta curando ogni piccolo dettaglio del processo, a partire dalla selezione delle materie prime che per la maggior parte sono a loro volta di nostra produzione.
Coltiviamo l'orzo per il nostro malto a pochi metri dal laboratorio in maniera del tutto naturale.
