Porque Cervejaria Minnesota?
Em 2016 montamos a Nano Cervejaria  Minnesota fica localizada no ABC Paulista e em 2019 em busca de aumento de volume levamos 100% da nossa fabricação para dentro da Cervejaria Demokrata.  

Hoje temos nosso próprio banco de leveduras, nossa adega de barricas de madeira e método próprio de levar aromas ao extremo.

Sou Jeferson Almeida proprietário e fundador da Engenheiro de Processos, Estatístico, Mestre Cervejeiro e apreciador do "Mel dos Deuses".
Em 2010 fui transferido para o Estado de Minnesota onde tive um imersão com a cultura cervejeira na qual trouxe muitas experiências para o Brasil.
