## About

Tutto ebbe inizio nel 2007 nella cantina dello zio Angiuleto, dove innumerevoli sperimentazioni misero le basi per le nostre prime birre dal sapore unico e distintivo, pensate per un pubblico più ampio della cerchia di amicizie. Negli anni abbiamo affinato il nostro stile fino a quando nel 2014 siamo diventati Brew-Firmer approfondendo le tecniche presso diversi birrifici, ma è nel 2018 che abbiamo fatto il vero salto di qualità aprendo il nostro birrificio a Chignolo Po, un piccolo paese tra Pavia, Lodi e Piacenza.
