Ci basiamo princincipalmente si stili anglosassoni ma non abbiamo pregiudizi sugli altri stili che ci ispirano.e cerchiamo di restare fedeli a quello che è lo stile di partenza utilizzando anche materie prime ed ingredienti speciali del territorio che ci circonda.coinvolgendo anche altre piccole realtà locali. Non siamo solo produttori di birra ma anche divulgatori del bere bene, del bere artigianale cercando di coinvolgere anche il più scettico dei bevitori.
