Mad Hopper nasce dalla passione di Agostino per la buona birra, passione coltivata per diversi anni.
Anni di prove ed esperimenti tra amici con risultati e riscontri ottimi a tal punto da spingerlo a buttarsi in questa nuova avventura!
Mad Hopper è una realtà ad agosto 2014, ma già si è distinta per la qualità dei suoi prodotti. 
Tutta la produzione s’ispira al mondo fiabesco, in particolare al Paese delle Meraviglie di Lewis Carrol, il nome stesso Mad Hopper è un trasposizione di Mad Hatter (Cappellaio matto) che però in questo caso diventa “Luppolaio Matto” per rimarcare l’impegno di Agostino nell’uscire fuori dagli schemi classici ed utilizzare su ogni birra luppoli sempre particolari che sviluppano aromi e sapori propri di ogni birra, ed in fondo è sempre l’ora di un “Mad BEER Party”!
Le birre Mad Hopper sono tutte ad alta fermentazione, non filtrate e non pastorizzate preparate con un’accurata selezione dei migliori ingredienti presenti in commercio, in modo da garantire l’eccellente qualità dei prodotti.
Attualmente le birre prodotte sono una Robust Porter, una American Wheat una Golden Ale ed una Imperial Ipa, ma la gamma è destinata ad ampliarsi.
