Představte si ideální svět, ve kterém by vše bylo dokonalé, příjemné a jednoduché. Přesně takový svět si my představujeme, když tvoříme recepty našeho piva a když jej pro vás vaříme. Máme už dost nudných piv uvařených dle stokrát opakovaných receptů, máme už dost výmluv na tradici a zvyk, nebaví nás sledovat nadvládu spodně kvašených piv -- běžných ležáků plzeňského typu -- když existuje tak úžasný a barevný svět piv kvašených svrchně, piv typu ale.

Ano, je to tak, spodně kvašená piva u nás nehledejte. Jsme prvním pivovarem od roku 1884, který v českých zemích kvasí svoji standardní produkci pouze svrchně.

Vaříme pivo pouze ze surovin určených k tomu kterému pivnímu stylu. Weizen z českého plzeňského a pšeničného sladu a německého chmele, Pale, India a Black ze světlého sladu a amerických chmelů.

Imagine an ideal world, the world with everything perfect, nice and easy. We imagine the exact same world when designing and brewing our beers. We're fed up of the boring beer brewed according the hundred times repeated recipes, we have enough of tradition and habit excuses. We're bored watching the dominance of bottom-fermented beers -- the usual pilsener-type lagers -- when such a fascinating and colorful world of top-fermented beers, ales, exist.

Yes, that's right, don't try to find any bottom-fermented beers at our place. We're the first brewery in Czech lands since 1884 which ferments their standard-lineup beers only using top-cropping yeast.
