## About

Siamo un piccolo birrificio della Val di Vara, valle dichiarata biologica nel levante ligure, a ridosso delle Cinque Terre e sulla statale 523, che collega l’Emilia con la costa ligure.

Nati nel 2015, la nostra vocazione è produrre birre che rappresentino il nostro territorio: abbiamo costituito una rete informale di piccoli produttori come noi, che producono alcune delle nostre materie prime. Noi, abbiamo fondato una azienda agricola che coltiva il luppolo.

Il birrificio si sviluppa nella vecchia azienda di famiglia che facevano spume e vino e rivendevano acqua dal dopoguerra fino agli inizi del 2000. Il primo sito di produzione è stato proprio il laboratorio delle spume dei nonni.

Le birre portano nomi di paesi della valle e/o degli ingredienti che sono impiegati. Amiamo il contatto diretto con le persone, nelle relazioni abbiamo costruito la nostra attività.
