## About
La Staffetta è un progetto sociale che nasce tra le aule della Facoltà di Agraria dell’Università di Pisa. Tre studenti fuori sede che vanno a vivere insieme, una casa in campagna e un garage pronto all’uso. La passione per l’homebrewing diventa il collante per una solida amicizia e il pretesto, nonché mezzo ideale, per poter condividere e mettere in pratica idee e progetti: da lì all’attività associativa il passo è stato molto breve.
Nel 2012 viene quindi fondata l’Associazione ARCI La Staffetta, con lo scopo di promuovere e implementare la cultura brassicola attraverso le reti dei circoli e delle piccole organizzazioni locali. Il gruppo diventa man mano più numeroso, così come le occasioni di poter partecipare a numerose iniziative ed eventi sul territorio. Grazie alla collaborazione con alcuni dei migliori birrifici artigianali della zona (Piccolo Birrificio Clandestino, Vapori di Birra), l’Associazione riesce ben presto a mettere in produzione le proprie ricette raggiungendo un pubblico più ampio.
