LA MI' BIRRA è un’azienda di birra artigianale, giovane e dinamica che ha come protagoniste tre sorelle, nate e cresciute nel cuore della campagna toscana: Claudia, Giulia e Francesca Lami.
Il nome del birrificio esprime l'origine toscana, ma vuole essere anche un gioco di parole con il loro cognome.
Le tre sorelle collaborano in sinergia, ognuna con le proprie abilità e competenze che, nell'azienda, uniscono ad arte per un obiettivo comune: realizzare prodotti genuini, rispettosi della salute e dell'ambiente.
Ad aver dato inizio a questa avventura è Claudia: laureata in Scienze e Tecnologie alimentari è lei ad occuparsi della realizzazione delle ricette, abile nell'unire alta qualità, tradizione brassicola e innovazione in tutte le loro birre artigianali.
Giulia è la parte creativa de LA MI’ BIRRA. Con la sua formazione in cinema d’animazione e in fotografia cura la comunicazione dell’azienda, ideando animazioni, video pubblicitari, e occupandosi dei canali social.
Francesca, cosmetologa, lega la sua attività a LA MI' BIRRA sviluppando cosmetici biofunzionali a partire dai composti organici recuperati dalla lavorazione della birra artigianale, ricchi di attivi e fitocomplessi.
