Pero en La Jefa queremos ir un poco más allá, nuestra intención no es solo la de hacer buena cerveza, queremos aprovechar para reivindicar un espacio a mujeres que la historia ha silenciado y ocultado. Queremos darles la oportunidad de ser Las Jefas que debieron ser. Cada uno de nuestros tipos de cervezas estará dedicado a alguna de esas Jefas.
