Implantée dans le centre de Lucinges en Haute-Savoie entre Mont-Blanc et Lac Leman, la Brasserie des Voirons a été reprise en 2011 par Christophe, un passionné de cuisine et autodidacte.

Son âme réside dans l’eau qui provient de la continuité de la nappe phréatique d’Évian. Cette eau donne à nos bières une qualité exceptionnelle. Nous réalisons un brassage manuel, favorisant ainsi un contact avec la matière et la sauvegarde de l'artisanat. Nous privilégions des ingrédients locaux, biologiques et issus de cueillettes sauvages. Nous favorisons des fermentations et élevages longs, ce qui confère à nos bières une structure, un potentiel de garde et une profondeur aromatique
