Giannis Polixronatos , Kyriakos and Nikos Moraitis the men behind the Kefalonian beer are the creators of Kefalonian and Ithaca microbrewery represent the kind of people who believe that Greeks can still be led by their dreams, take risks and invest in their homeland.

KEFALONIAN BEER, as the first beer of Kefalonian and Ithaca microbrewery is called, has been a long-lasting dream that after struggle, rigorous planning and passion for creativity has finally took shape. With the believe that local products should be a big part of our lives, the company's main concern has been to produce fresh, non-pasteurized and high quality beers with exquisite and intense flavored ingredients, hoping that Kefalonian beer can satisfy even the most demanding beer lovers' taste buds! Our 100% Greek malted barley, the very carefully chosen hop varieties and yeast and of course the high quality Kefalonian water, is the best guarantee for our beers.

Ambition of the company is the establishment in the beer market while the respect towards the customer as well as the restless quest for the finest raw ingredients of the land will be its first priority.
