## About

Established in 2015, Katoomba Brewing Co. is located in the old upper blue mountains power station in the grounds of The Carrington Hotel. We are hoping to have a cellar door open to the public in 2026. Currently our 5 core beers as well as occasional seasonals are available on tap at the Old City Bank Hotel & Champagne Charlie's Bar inside The Carrington Hotel and in cans at The Carrington Cellars and Deli as well as all good independent bottleshops in the mountains.
