Cervecería Jules es una fábrica cervecera fresca y vanguardista recién fundada en el 2017 por María Casco, Antonio Rodas y la pequeña Janis, en San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas.

Elaborada bajo un clima montañoso y cosmopolita, nuestra cerveza busca entablar buenas conversaciones , momentos únicos y deliciosas experiencias. Deseamos que la cerveza que llegue a tu mesa no pase desapercibida, al contrario, que sea un elemento de realce en tus encuentros. Nuestras recetas utilizan productos de temporada y orgánicos de la región, que en conjunto con una imagen contemporánea resulta en una cerveza audaz y creativa.
 
Trabajamos desde nuestro taller en el Barrio Santa Lucia con el pretexto de que las buenas cervezas nunca son suficientes, y estamos decididos en propagar la cultura de la cerveza artesanal en el sur de México.
