Dal 2009 produciamo birra artigianale nella splendida piana di Prato, circondati dagli Appennini e dalle dolci colline del Carmignano, a due passi dalla meravigliosa Firenze.
Crediamo fortemente in una birra Made in Italy, naturale e senza l’aggiunta di additivi chimici, non filtrata, né pastorizzata, rifermentata in bottiglia. Siamo giovani e appassionati alla scoperta di nuovi gusti e stili, ci divertiamo ad interpretare birre tradizionali, sperimentando continuamente ma sempre con l’idea del “drink it easy”!
