## About

Hop Union Brewery was a Formerly Great Western Brewing Company.

We moved from Hambrook in 2020 to our current location, 20 Bonville Road Brislington, BS4 5QH. We found the new name was more dynamic and represented more of our core values. After all, beer does unite us. 

We have a brand new brewing kit which has allowed us to keep producing top-quality ales.  

We can now brew, cask, keg, bottle, and can in-house, All of our beers are brewed using natural spring water which we extract on-site and our brews are powered by sola.

The Taproom opened at the end of March 2023, opening hours are every Friday 4pm - 9pm & Saturday 12pm - 8pm.

You will be abe to try our core range plus any experimental brews here as well as being able to take beer home form our shop.
