Holanďan Bob Best přijel jednoho dne do Čech, přesídlil zde svou firmu, usadil se a obnovil tradici vaření piva v Hlízově.  Navázal tak na hraběte Jana Rudolfa Chotka, který v roce 1791 založil u zámku pivovar a vínopalnu.  

Díky Bobově nadšení pro výrobu kvalitního řemeslného piva, můžete ochutnat pivo Holanďan s českou tradicí.  

Pivo v Hlízově vaří známý sládek Patrik Godovský.
