Housed in a former "house of ill repute" built in the 1880s, Hillsdale Brewing Company is now open. We feature 10 brews on tap made in small batches, NA Root Beer, Cold Brew Nitro Coffee and a full service restaurant which offer a delicious variety of sandwiches, flatbreads , build your own mac and cheese, and a kids menu.
