A cervejaria Hettwer Bier foi fundada em julho de 2013 na cidade de Três de Maio, no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Utilizando na sua formulação a mais pura água, maltes de cevadas pré-selecionadas, lúpulos e leveduras importadas a cervejaria segue rigorosamente a Lei Alemã de Pureza de 1516.

Atualmente a cervejaria possui uma capacidade de produção mensal de 150.000 litros distribuídos em chopes e cervejas artesanais que podem ser encontrados em 10 sabores. A cerveja é comercializada em garrafas de 600 ml e o chope através de barris de 10, 15, 20, 30 e 50 litros.
