Corría el año 1885 cuando Don Pedro Herken se aventuraba a abrir la primera cervería en Paraguay, instalándose en la Gruta, San Bernardino, debido a la cristalinidad del agua del lugar. Hoy, después de mas de un siglo y tres generaciones, en honor a Él, sus descendientes se atreven a redescubrir e innovar, con el compromiso de producir sólo lo mejor de esta bebida histórica, que hasta en tiempos actuales sigue cambiando.
