מבשלת הגיבור הוקמה ב 2012 בכפר תבור, המבשלה הוקמה מתוך החיבה לנוזל המריר ומתוך רצון להביא מוצר איכותי ישראלי שכל לגימה ממנו תביא חיוך של אושר והנאה .
בשנת 2017 עברה המבשלה לכרמיאל. בתהליך ההקמה של המבשלה החדשה החלטנו להמשיך ולהתמקד בייצור של בירה איכותית וטריה תוך הקפדה על כל שלב בייצור שיבטיח שכל לקוח יוכל לחוות את אותה חווית טעימה ראשונית שלנו, תוך שמירה על ארומות וטעמים. כי בסוף אנחנו מבינים שגיבור בלי בירה זה כמו כל גיבור.
