Our Beer is Alive.......Haarige Kuh Brauerei (The Hairy Cow Brewing Co.) is an independently owned and operated craft brewery located in Interlaken, Switzerland, Founded in 2015. We produce a wide range of beers from IPA's to Chili Ales and Kettle Sours, focusing on making the best beer for our customers (and us) and most importantly, quality and drinkability. ​All our beers are unfiltered, unpasturised and unfined, thus maximising the flavours, aromas and texture.
