## About

Founded August 2010. Brewing with local ingredients like buckwheat, chestnuts, oat, rye, triticale and grapes from the nearby vineyard. No extremities, therefore always a good food pairing companion :) Own production-brewery in the heart of 't Gooi (Hilversum) in Foodhall at Market square. Hope to see you there!
