## About

Good & Small is the brainchild and labour of 2 music lovers and wine aficionados who wanted to bring a little European touch to Toronto’s thriving local craft beer market. Recognizing a demand for finesse and local ingredients, Good & Small began test brewing in a modern yet humble 1 BBl system north of the city just one year ago. Brew Day Rising is our first foray into commercially produced and market-ready beer. This beer’s Belgian Saison heritage, Ontario malts and yeast, and New World hops embodies our brewery ethos: old-world classic recipes, modern technique and local ingredients. We’ve been developing a host of new recipes to be delivered over the coming year. Keep an eye out for more from Good & Small.
