Galotia Brewing es una pequeña compañía, totalmente independiente, formada por personas que creemos en la economía local, sostenible y alternativa, y que apostamos por la cerveza de calidad hecha con pasión. Tomamos el nombre de la denominación científica de los lagartos endémicos de Canarias (Gallotia).
