Après différentes expériences dans le milieu brassicole romand, la microbrasserie FENNEK est fondée en 2022. Son désir  est de partager sa passion pour la bière artisanale et tout ce qu’elle a à offrir au travers des recettes les plus traditionnelles comme les plus originales.
