ERDMANN´S es una cerveza que está 100% hecha a mano, su fabricación emplea mucho tiempo, cuidado y amor, y es preparada según la tradición de monjes alemanes, lo que la convierte en una cerveza única y exclusiva. Sus cuatro ingredientes básicos son: malta de cebada o de trigo, lúpulo, levadura y agua.
Otra característica es que la segunda fermentación sucede en la botella y a diferencia de las cervezas industriales, ésta, es una cerveza más fina y llena de vida, manifestándose en la presencia de sedimentos naturales que se aprecian al fondo de cada botella, además de su suave carbonatación natural.
La intención es ofrecer al mercado nacional una cerveza artesanal de alta cálidad, libre de aditivos, extractos y preservantes, con recetas alemanas tradicionales cómo por ejemplo: Koelsch, Altbier ó Hefeweissbier.
