A cervejaria Else é a primeira empresa a produzir cervejas artesanais no Espírito Santo. Sua fábrica, que está localizada Viana, produz atualmente duas versões: Clássica e Jacarandá. O processo de fabricação das cervejas Else respeita a Lei de Pureza da Bavária, em que as únicas matérias primas utilizadas são: Malte, Lúpulo, Fermento Cervejeiro e Água. Não possui a adição de nenhum produto químico como conservantes, estabilizantes e corantes
Nosso ciclo de produção leva em torno de 20 dia e vai do cozimento e fervura do malte, passando pela fermentação, decantação e maturação.
