## About

CERVEZA ARTESANAL 'SACRISTAN'.  Una gran cerveza fabricada por Eduardo Sacristán Beltri. Cuando la probé a final del verano me pareció algo mágico. Por qué mágico? Me sentí transportado a las islas británicas. Me costaba entender que estuviera creada aquí, en Alicante. Eduardo usa para su elaboración malta alemana, la mejor de Europa para estos menesteres. El lúpulo, inglés. Esta Ale es una mezcla de trigo, cebada y malta tostada, la cual le aporta ese color ambarino. En su elaboración transcurren dos meses, entre fermentación y reposo. El diseño de la botella es cautivador, con un tapón de corcho diferenciador. Mantiene sus cualidades perfectamente durante 1 año, gracias a sus levaduras. En definitiva, una cerveza golosa de beber, mimada en todo su proceso que a buen seguro hará las delicias de los amantes de esta fantástica bebida que es la cerveza.
