Dai che è pronta.... Che ore sono? Sono le 12, 12 minuti e 12 secondi! E’ così, con ironia e semplicità, che è nata la nostra birra: alle 12:12 e 12 secondi dell‘anno 2006 abbiamo realizzato la nostra prima “cotta”. Una “Baby Cotta” fatta nella cantina del nostro Ristorante di allora per mezzo di strumenti ed attrezzature tutte realizzate artigianalmente. Da questa fantastica esperienza un’idea folgorante: se mai dovessimo riuscire nel realizzare un birrificio artigianale tutto nostro si chiamerà 1212.
Oggi con lo stesso impegno di allora, la stessa passione e le stesse emozioni, selezioniamo i malti migliori assieme a luppoli e lieviti di prima qualità, li impastiamo con la nostra magnifica acqua che sgorga in quota ad oltre 2000 metri di altitudine e seguiamo personalmente e con scrupolosa dedizione tutto il processo di produzione, fino alla delicatissima fase di imbottigliamento per portare sulle tavole dei pub, dei ristoranti e sulla tua tavola, un prodotto genuino.
