DEDALOS beer was founded 2020 on Crete in the area of Lassithi where founders Diego Saccozza and Oliver Weers believe in innovative and creative craft beer production, that lights up all of our senses.

From exploring the bottle in your hand to the time the aftertaste kicks in, we want to make it your beer. Dedalos craft beer is produced with absolute passion, good feeling, curiosity and experimental nurdity. Their production’s focus is to make real good beer with local ingredients where possible, like water, herbs, flowers and other high quality elements.They want to create a unique experience for you who chooses a DEDALOS beer.
