Cornella Brewery is a microbrewery based at The Shiraz Republic, a family-run vineyard making boutique wines and craft beers in the Heathcote Wine Region. Established in 2016, our beers are hand-crafted from grain to glass by Matt & Spencer in our brewery shed, adjacent to our winery.
