Un’avventura della qualità, della tradizione e dell’esperienza che nasce dalla passione del suo fondatore, Giuseppe Collesi. Nelle coltivazioni e nei processi produttivi di birre e distillati tutto avviene in sintonia con i ritmi della natura e secondo i più avanzati criteri di sostenibilità. Lo stabilimento Collesi opera a “emissioni zero”, grazie all’impianto fotovoltaico di potenza 32 Kw, al generatore di vapore alimentato a pellet e alla scelta di non utilizzare idrocarburi e GPL. Un impianto ecocompatibile, progettato per salvaguardare l’ambiente, il benessere e la sicurezza delle persone.
