Létající pivovar CHMELOUN vzniká po otevření Kralupské pivotéky u Chameleona roku 2017. Vznikají první stálá piva - ležák Bohemia, Vltavan ALE a zimní speciál Hostibock. CHMELOUN se pak dále pouští do poznávání světových chmelařských oblastí jako Afrika, New Zealand, Australie, USA, Slovinsko..... 
Vyhledávání nových kombinací chmelů se stalo zálibou a typickým znakem jednotlivých limitovaných várek.
