## About

Cervecera nómada ubicada en los Ancares de Lugo, con el centeno como ingrediente principal del proyecto, elaboran su propia malta de centeno autóctono de las montañas. Hasta la fecha cuentan con una Rye IPA con un ligero toque de miel. 
Es un proyecto circular que fomenta la recuperación de las construcciones típicas de la zona, pallozas y horreos con cubiertas de teito (realizadas con la paja del centeno).
