La cerveza Florestina nace en la Floresta barrio de Sant Cugat, desde la pasión, de dos amigos y ahora cómplices, para la cerveza.
Pensamos que había llegado el momento de ofrecer una alternativa, mejor en gusto y sobre todo mucho más sana, a la cerveza que se comercializa.
La cervezas artesanas que ofrecemos son el resultado de una paciente selección de recetas, alquimia de lúpulos y por supuesto, toda son sin pasteurizar ni filtrar por mantener inalteradas todas las propriedades y los sabores.
Nuestras cervezas tienen una triple fermentación, la última de la cual en botella o barril con la que conseguimos su carbonatación, una manera que, aunque a veces tenga su dificultades, genera para nosotros unos matices únicos.
