Nuestra cerveza se produce con recetas originales de países como Alemania, Holanda o Bélgica, y de forma completamente artesanal, sin pasteurizar o filtrar, es 100% natural.  A este proceso de fabricación completamente natural y artesanal se unen el tiempo y el cariño que se dedica a la elaboración de cada tirada de cerveza, haciendo que su sabor sea "como hace cincuenta años".
Cada tirada de cerveza tarda en hacerse un mes y medio, desde que se muele la malta de cebada hasta que se embotella y etiqueta. Durante todo este proceso está controlada las 24 horas del día.
Para conseguir las distintas variedades de cerveza hay que elaborarlas con una malta base a la que se añaden otras más tostadas, para que les dé otro color y sabor, además influyen otros factores como el tiempo de maceración, la temperatura de la fermentación, la levadura o la maduración, que son diferentes según el tipo de cerveza. “Es un proceso de elaboración completamente individual y personal para cada tipo”
