Les ofrecemos una cerveza elaborada de manera artesanal, sin filtrar, sin pasteurizar, sin aditivos y 100% de manera natural. La gasificación, también natural, se logra después de dos meses de maduración. El sedimento que se aprecia en el fondo de la botella potencia el sabor de la cerveza.
Asimismo, les ofrecemos cerveza de cebada y trigo (también en variante bio), de fruta (manzana, pera, naranja, limón y melocotón), de miel, espárrago y cacahuetes. También estamos intentando adaptarnos a las demandas y necesidades actuales del mercado, por lo que hemos desarrollado una cerveza para celiacos.
Elaboramos nuestra cerveza siguiendo el ciclo lunar. Los ingredientes que utilizamos son: agua, malta de cebada, lúpulo, levadura y, según el tipo de cerveza, todo lo arriba mencionado.
Otros ingredientes imprescindibles: mucho mimo y mucha dedicación.
