Cervexa artesá elaborada en Galicia, con productos naturais. Sen pasteurizar.

Áncora Bros. Brewery es un proyecto empresarial que nace entorno a la elaboración de cerveza en la ciudad de Ourense. El proyecto se concibe en un primer momento como una fábrica de elaboración de cerveza artesanal pero en su madurez se torna a una visión más agrícola, tocando todos los aspectos que rodean a la fabricación de esta bebida. Desde el cultivo de materias primas, el compostaje de los residuos y la instalación de varios gallineros en las parcelas de la fábrica, en donde las gallinas serán alimentadas (entre otros productos) con las maltas de cebada y otros cereales utilizados en la elaboración de nuestra cerveza.
