Cervesa Palau empieza su andadura con mucha ilusión en la elaboración de cerveza artesana a principios de 2014. Provenientes del mundo de la cerveza casera, estamos ubicados en Terrassa y tenemos una capacidad de 250 litros por día. Nuestro proceso de elaboración es artesano y sin automatización, sólo con la mecanización básica imprescindible.
Nuestras cervezas están elaboradas con ingredientes cien por cien naturales, sin aditivos y sin pasteurizar, por tanto, son cervezas que están vivas y evolucionan con el tiempo.
