Fundada em 2018 em Florianópolis, Brasil, por dois oceanógrafos, a cervejaria nasceu da paixão pelo universo cervejeiro, ciência e tecnologia. Founded in 2018 in Florianópolis, Brazil, by two oceanographers, the brewery was born from a passion for the world of beer, science, and technology. Inspired by the Fermi Paradox theory, the brand developed a character, Fermi, who communicates with the public in a humorous and unusual way, promoting connection and the exchange of positive ideas.
