A Cervejaria Central é um Brewpub localizado no bairro da Santa Cecília, centro de São Paulo. Fundada em 2017 e idealizado para unir comidas com raízes na cultura brasileira e cerveja artesanal, com preços acessíveis e de própria produção. Em pouco mais de 4 anos de existência, o brewpub se destaca como uma das melhores cervejarias de São Paulo e é reconhecido por sua identidade visual e rótulos inovadores. A Central acredita na união da comunidade por meio da cerveja artesanal e apoia isso através do relacionamento com pequenos fornecedores e do apoio a pequenos artistas da região.
