## About

Cervecería San Roque is a family owned independent craft brewery located in San Roque, Grecia, Alajuela. We started making beer in 2017. We make Living Ales!!!  (Also known as Cask Ales). This means that no artificial CO2 has been added to our brew due to that our beer includes a secondary natural fermentation process, in which the yeast is kept alive inside the bottle all the way until the very moment you drink it. The Yeast in the bottle naturally carbonates the brew which extends it’s lifespan while also preserves the aromas. This gives our beer a more real taste and feeling than ordinary beer!!! We are local brewers 100% ticos.************************************************
Cervecería San Roque es una cervecería artesanal familiar, ubicada en San Roque de Grecia, Alajuela. Nos dedicamos a la producción de cerveza desde 2017. Nuestras cervezas son carbonatadas naturalmente por lo que el proceso de carbonatación se lleva a cabo dentro de la botella por medio de levadura que al alimentarse del azúcar que queda en la cerveza genera el CO2. Somos productores 100% costarricenses.
