Casas Viejas es un proyecto innovador de elaboración de cerveza artesanal que busca enriquecer la cultura cervecera nacional. Ubicada en la cd. de San Jose Iturbide Guanajuato, Cervecería Casas Viejas aprovecha las ventajas de la zona para fabricar estilos de cerveza con procesos amigables con el medio ambiente y en donde los principales ingredientes, como el agua, las maltas y cereales adjuntos son elaborados y preparados por nosotros mismos.

Elaboramos regularmente 9 estilos de cerveza agrupados en 3 familias, Yolkan, Old Smoky & Humpen; cada familia con marca e imagen propia. Además, a lo largo del año ofrecemos algunas cervezas de temporada para resaltar el vínculo de la tradición cervecera con las tradiciones tanto nacionales como mundiales.
