Cervecería Artesanal Amalias® es una cervecería mexicana de hueso colorado, 100% familiar. Fundada en 2009 por nuestro primo y maestro cervecero Francisco De Landero.
 
Nuestras cervezas Amalias® son "VERDES", producidas cuidando al máximo la calidad y el sabor, mediante métodos amigables con el medio ambiente, con agua de manantial en el Rancho Amalias, ubicado en Amealco de Bonfil, en la Sierra Otmí queretana.
 
Todas nuestras cervezas embotelladas son "VIVAS",  con refermentación en botella mediante el método champenoise con su propia levadura, lo que permite guardarlas y madurarlas en condiciones óptimas durante al menos 3 años. 

Nuestras recetas son de "AUTOR", únicas y originales con un toque de nuestro querido México.
