Somos una microcervecería situada en Montejo de la Vega, en el corazón del Parque Natural de las Hoces del Riaza. Casuar es el ricón más emblemático de las hoces, de ahí viene nuestro nombre.

En este entorno privilegiado elaboramos cerveza artesanal elaborada con ingredientes 100% naturales, sin aditivos ni conservantes, apostando por el negocio local y el desarrollo rural.

En la actualidad estamos desarrollando un proyecto para el cultivo de lúpulo con el que abastecer nuestra micro.
