La nostra Azienda, nel cuore antico della Toscana, si apre sull’incredibile paesaggio del Parco Artistico Naturale e Culturale della Val d’Orcia, dichiarato dall’Unesco Patrimonio dell'Umanità. Il nostro lavoro si tramanda di padre in figlio e si basa sul forte legame che la Famiglia Gori ripone nella tradizione degli antichi mestieri, scandito dai ritmi quotidiani della vera agricoltura rurale contadina. Fin dall'inizio l'Azienda è stata gestita secondo i dettami dell’agricoltura biologica, con alcune sperimentazioni nell'ambito della biodinamica, al solo scopo di mantenere un totale rispetto nei confronti della biodiversità interna e del consumatore finale.
